As a supplier, we are now a trusted partner for several global OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) within the automotive and medical industries. The quality requirements imposed in these industries are strict, critical, and continuous. Our quality department is set up to handle these requirements.

We consider it important to deliver our products and services according to the set specifications. This is guaranteed by our quality system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. Quality in projects

Quality comes in to play at an early stage of any new project. We lay down a control plan using your requirements and our own FEMA. Using advanced measuring equipment, we can create a clear picture using MSA, CPK, and measurement reports at an early stage. In the event of abnormalities, we analyse the cause using the 8D method. The lessons that we learn from these analyses are what make us an experienced and solid injection moulding partner.

Checking quality in practice

We always strive to deliver products that are completely free of defects. To do this, we carry out ongoing checks of the various processes throughout production. Our employees are continuously alert to ways to improve and manage processes, and we train and test them yearly to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
